Shipping Process

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Desercart and our objective is to take the hassle out of shipping internationally.  Once you have placed your order, we will oversee the process from the supplier into our hub and from there until it safely reaches you, leaving you to focus on more important matters than logistics.

In most cases, you will not be burdened with the customs clearance process (unless it is to comply with local legal regulations), and you will also not be asked to pay additional duty or tax charges (unless you are located in the handful of countries where we cannot manage this).

Whether it’s the hottest cosmetics for you or a new toy for your child, your order will be safe in our hands until it’s in yours.

Delivery Cost

*PRO members benefit from free Standard Shipping on all orders placed on Eziee Shop.  A fair usage policy applies. 

The shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address provided and you can review this prior to placing your order.  Unless mentioned otherwise the shipping charge includes delivery to your door along with any duty and/or tax applicable in your country.  This means that you will not be asked to pay any further charges except when special handling is required.

In the event that the item requires special shipping and handling due to its size and/or weight, then we will review your order and inform you of the additional amount.  At this point, you can choose to accept these associated costs and proceed with the order or cancel the item for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order you will see it appear as Pending in the Track Orders section of your account.  From here you can monitor the detailed progress as it makes its way to you.  If you have items from multiple suppliers in the same order, then please bear in mind that these will all be shipped to you together once the last item is received at our hub.

You will receive an email once your order has been packed for final delivery including the name of the courier and their tracking number (AWB).  You can use this to track your delivery online and also to coordinate any local delivery requirements directly with the courier.  In addition to this, you can always reach out to Eziee Shop Support using Live Chat or email and we will gladly guide you further.

Express Delivery

Where available we offer an Express Shipping option, which is generally delivered 2-3 days faster than our Standard Shipping.  These options will be visible during checkout after you confirm your delivery address.

Availability

The stock availability shown on Eziee Shop is based on the best information available at that time.  While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely availability information, it may change between the time that you added an item to your cart and the time your order is processed.

In rare cases, an item may become out of stock, or the quantity that you ordered may no longer be available.  In that case, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.  In most instances, the item will be available again within the next 24-48 hours.

Handling and Delivery

Eziee Shop will assign delivery of your order to one of their approved courier partners, and they are responsible for delivering your order to your door.  During this process, all orders are processed by customs, after which the final delivery is arranged.

If there is any exterior damage visible on the packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery of the shipment and it will be returned back to us for further inspection.  In case you discover that the item is damaged after accepting the delivery, then please contact Eziee Shop Support within 7 days of delivery and we will assist.  Any imperfection or cosmetic damage to the external packaging alone is not considered as item damage.

Import Clearance

Eziee Shop is required to comply with local regulations in each country governing the importing of approved items. This means that some items available on Eziee Shop may in fact be prohibited or restricted in some countries.  

After you place your order, we review the details to verify whether there are any prohibited items based on your location.  In the event that there are, then we will cancel those that are prohibited in order to comply with the regulations.  We will only do this if it is necessary, and you will receive a full refund for any items that we remove on these grounds.
